Once you place the order, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label to mail your device in. Once our service is completed, we'll ship it back on our dime. Free shipping both ways!

Service Timeframe

Our average service time is 2-5 days except for data recovery, we ask for 2-10 days upon receiving your device.

Warranty / Returns

Our service is guaranteed to work or it's free. A 90 day warranty is included with all our repairs which includes parts and labor for the service being done except for water damage devices, shipping will not be covered for warranty orders.

Data

We recommend you to backup all your data before you send us your device. Even though we'll never intentionally lose any of your data, but some repairs may require factory resets which will cause all your data to be lost.
