What We Set Up

Everything your office needs to run smoothly on day one.

Wired & Wireless Networks

We design and install structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6a), patch panels, switches, and commercial-grade WiFi access points. Your team gets fast, reliable connectivity from every desk, conference room, and warehouse corner. No dead zones, no dropped connections.

Business WiFi Systems

Consumer routers from big-box stores don't cut it when you have 15 people on Zoom calls at once. We install enterprise wireless solutions with centralized management, guest networks, and bandwidth controls. Coverage that actually reaches your parking lot if you want it to.

Printers & Scanners

Network printers configured for every workstation, scan-to-email, secure print queues, and mobile printing. We'll get your multifunction devices talking to every computer in the office without the usual "PC Load Letter" drama.

Workstation Setup

New computers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals. We configure them with your business software, email accounts, security policies, and connect everything to your domain or cloud environment. Your team sits down and gets to work immediately.

Servers & Storage

Need a file server, local backup, or a dedicated machine for your business applications? We'll spec it out, rack it, configure it, and make sure it's properly cooled and backed up. We handle Windows Server, Active Directory, and network-attached storage setups.

Firewall & Security

Every network we build includes a proper business firewall, VLAN segmentation where needed, and basic threat protection. We don't just plug things in and hope for the best. Your network gets locked down from day one.

New Office? Moving? Expanding?

Different situations call for different approaches. Here's how we handle each one.

Opening a New Office

Starting from scratch is actually the best scenario. We get to do things right from the beginning, with clean cable runs, properly placed access points, and a network that's designed for your actual workflow. A lot of Osceola County businesses moving into new offices off SR 417 are choosing to build it correctly the first time instead of patching things together later.

We'll coordinate with your landlord or contractor if the space is still being built out. That way the cabling goes in before the drywall does, which saves you time and money.

Relocating Your Business

Moving is stressful enough without worrying about whether your phones and internet will work on Monday morning. We'll survey your new space before you move, pre-wire if needed, and have everything tested and ready so your team doesn't miss a beat.

We've helped businesses move everywhere from downtown Kissimmee to new commercial spaces in Celebration and St. Cloud. The goal is always the same: you close up shop on Friday, we set up over the weekend, and you're operational Monday morning.

Adding a Floor or Building

Growing is great. But when you add more people, more devices, and more square footage, your network has to keep up. We'll extend your existing infrastructure cleanly, making sure the new section integrates seamlessly with what's already there.

This often includes additional switches, access points, and sometimes a firewall upgrade to handle the increased traffic. We'll also check if your internet connection can handle the extra load, because adding 20 users to a connection that was already struggling isn't going to end well.

Our Process: From Survey to Sign-Off

We don't just show up with a bag of cables and wing it. Here's how every project works.

1. Site Survey

We visit your location, measure the space, check existing infrastructure, and talk to you about how your team actually works. This is where we figure out what you need, not just what looks good on a proposal.

2. Design & Plan

You get a detailed plan showing cable runs, access point placement, equipment specs, and a clear quote. No surprises, no vague line items. You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it costs.

3. Install & Configure

Our techs handle the physical installation, cable management, equipment mounting, and full network configuration. We do this during off-hours when possible so your business keeps running.

4. Test & Document

Every cable gets certified, every access point gets tested for coverage, and every device gets verified. Then we hand you complete documentation: network diagrams, passwords, equipment locations. Everything you'd need if we got hit by a bus.

Same-Day Availability

Need something set up today? We can often send a tech the same day for urgent setups. We're right off Alafaya Trail, not flying in from another state.

Everything Documented

Every network we build comes with full documentation. Cable maps, IP addresses, WiFi credentials, equipment serial numbers. If you ever switch providers (we hope you won't), they'll have everything they need.

Ongoing Support Available

After the install, we can manage your network through our managed IT plans. Or if you just need us on call for occasional issues, that works too. Either way, you have a local team that knows your setup inside and out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most small office setups (under 20 users) take one to two days. That includes cabling, equipment installation, configuration, and testing. Larger installations with structured cabling, server rooms, or multiple floors may take three to five days. We'll give you a clear timeline after the initial site survey so there are no surprises.

Absolutely. We deploy commercial-grade wireless access points and use heat mapping to make sure you get full coverage on every floor. Thick walls, elevator shafts, and metal structures can all cause problems with consumer-grade equipment. We plan around those obstacles and test signal strength in every corner before we consider the job done.

Yes, and honestly, printers cause more office frustration than almost anything else. We configure network printers and scanners so every workstation can print and scan without issues. That includes scan-to-email, secure print queues, and mobile printing if your hardware supports it. We'll also make sure drivers are installed correctly on every machine so you don't get the "printer offline" message every Monday morning.

We'll test your existing cabling during the site survey using a cable certifier. If it's Cat5e or Cat6 and passes certification, we'll absolutely use it. There's no reason to rip out perfectly good cable. If it's old Cat3, damaged, or poorly run, we'll recommend replacement and give you an honest quote. We don't do unnecessary rewiring just to pad the bill.
