How long does an average repair take?

Unless we need to order your part, we can finish most items in a few hours. Remember: We have under an hour iPhone repair! Our highly-skilled technicians insure that all products received pass our intense inspection process. We never sacrifice quality and have a 30-day warranty on all parts replaced.

Do you use Original or OEM Parts?

We always look to get the highest-quality parts available, while making sure we don’t make our prices outrageous. If we can find original parts, we will use them.

For Apple products, Apple Inc does not manufacture parts. They only design and engineer them. The parts we use come from similar suppliers to those Apple uses. We can’t claim that our parts are the same or exact as Apple Inc, but in most cases… they are.

What should I bring in, if I need a cellphone or computer repair?

In most cases, unless we specify otherwise, we only need the charger and item being repaired. No accessories, boxes, or cases. We deal with hundreds of phones and computers.

Do you offer any type of warranty?

We offer a 30-DAY NO WORRY WARRANTY with every repair we do, physical or liquid damage are not covered which includes any visible cracks.

What if you are unable to save my water damaged iPhone?

If we can’t save your poor phone, we’ll offer you cold-hard cash for it. No matter what, you should still come out ahead.

If I drop off my item and can’t make it back into the store to pick it up, can you ship it to me?

Definitely! Just tell us where it needs to go and we’ll send it ASAP to your location!

My screen isn’t cracked but it isn’t working or responsive… what’s the problem?

We’ll need to do a glass and digitizer repair. Bring in the phone today! We can fix it up in a jiff.

How do I know my data is safe when I leave it?

We do not store any of your private data. All of our services have the latest security features and tight encryption. We will not access any of your private data for any reason and will only use your item for testing purposes to make sure it’s functioning properly during our inspection process.

Do you buy broken iPhones?

Yes we do! Don’t throw it away! If we can’t fix your phone or it doesn’t make sense to get repaired because of cost, we’ll buy it!
